BILLY, an anxious and dedicated late twenty-something, awakens to just another day with his not-so-trusty companion–a bird chained to his shoulder. Thrown for a loop by a diner server, he begins to wonder what’s real and what’s not. What does it even mean to have a crush? Using his own strange methods, he tries to see what’s really there. Fragments
A web series written by Ben Kreibich (now Taman) , Produced by Mack Hastings, with Photography by Jesse Johnson and Tim Schwagel.

2017 - 2018

The story follows Ben Beckley (Ben Taman) and Alex Aldin (Alex Raney) as they navigate the world post-psychiatric treatment. Their fresh friendship anchors them to a common goal to find a deeper meaning in their new lives post-treatment. The series is seven chapters long, and flits between comedy and drama in a natural, realistic style. Features original music composed by Benjamin Hinz of Dwarfcraft Devices and Adelyn Strei. Fragments was produced with zero budget, a collaborative effort that represents the debut of new filmmakers finding their voice.
